Recycling Our Waste
100% of the waste produced at our two sites is recycled, of which 80% is transformed into new materials.
Raising Awareness of Water Usage
Water, key element of our planet’s life, is given special attention at Meralliance. A policy of reducing water consumption has been in place since 1995. In 10 years, we have lowered the rate of water usage by 45% at our sites.
Global Warming
Linked to carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions, global warming is a significant concern at Meralliance. In order to reduce gas emissions while transporting our goods, we are developing a situational analysis with the aim of implementing an action plan (“carbon assessment”) in order to reduce by as much as possible our gas emissions.
