• Slow growth at sea: (16 months vs. 12 on average)
• Marine diet: 78% minimum during the last 6 months (vs. 55% on average)
• Reduced density of salmon in cages
• Guaranteed freshness with packaging of the salmon within 3 hours following the catch
• Specific nutritional advantages with a better omega 3/omega 6 ratio than in normal salmon
• Large slices: 1 ½ ounces on average (5 x 5 inches minimum)
