Marinated Raw Fish Steaks : Basque-Style Tuna
A delicious recipe combining local know-how with the flavours of the Basque Country.
BASQUE_.jpg

Basque cuisine is bright and colourful, enriched by its fourfold influence, between land and sea and between France and Spain. Tuna is one of the most important fish of the Basque coast, celebrated every year at the beginning of July in St-Jean-de-Luz. Chili peppers, peppers and tomatoes are some of the indispensable ingredients.
Basque-style tuna is therefore, in and of itself, a summary of the culinary riches of this region!
