Marinated Raw Fish Steaks : Malawi Marlin
MALAWI.jpg
Malawi, located between Mozambique, Zambia and Tanzania, is bathed by a lake of the same name, the third largest in Africa. The Malawians raise peanuts, yams, beans, rice, manioc and corn. Marlin, a fish caught mainly in the Indian Ocean between the African coasts and Madagascar, goes very well with the vegetables, starches and spices farmed in tropical south-central Africa. The Malawi Marlin recipe, made from peanut paste, cocoanut and curry, gives you the opportunity to discover this region!
