1. Boil the yams for about 10 minutes, check that they are actually cooked (the centre should be tender). Peel them and mash them in a bowl.
2. Add the milk and butter. Place the mixture back into a casserole and cook on low to make the paste uniform. Add salt and pepper as desired. 3. At the same time, cook the 2 thick slices of marlin for 2 minutes and 30 seconds in the microwave on high. 4. Serve the marlin slices with the yam puree, and chopped parsley as an embellishment. . |
