Smoked Swordfish with Mango


For 4 people

- 120g smoked swordfish
- 1 cucumber
- 1 very ripe mango
- 1 small bunch of mint
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon of liquid honey 

 
Smoked Swordfish with Mango
 
1. Cut the mango and cucumber into small cubes.
2. Chop half the bunch of fresh mint.
3. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, honey and pepper.
4. On the plate, arrange two slices of smoked swordfish, then the mango, cucumber and chopped mint mixture.
5. Sprinkle the mango and cucumber salsa with a dash of honey and lemon vinaigrette.
6. Decorate with a few mint leaves.
