philosophy

We have the size and strength of an international group, but our organization remains on a human scale: we know that our employees are the talent on which the future of the company depends. Integration

Our ambition is that every employee is expected and supported as soon as he/she arrives at our workplace. We take care to prepare a welcome adapted to each function.

In production, you will have already visited the workshop before your hiring. On D-Day, you will be taken care of by a trainer who will guide you throughout your taking charge of the position. An HR contact person will always be there to answer your practical questions.

In administration, a tailor-made integration schedule will allow you to meet your new collaborators individually and, depending on your position, to discover our production sites. You will also have the opportunity to test the jobs in our workshops over half a day.

 

Skill development

The skills of our employees are our wealth!

Throughout your journey with MerAlliance, we are at your service and we do our best to meet your professional wishes. There are many examples of internal mobility at MerAlliance/Thai Union group and the development of your skills is one of our priorities. We train our employees throughout their careers in order to adapt know-how to new technologies and processes. Each year, we devote 2% of our payroll to finance the training of our employees.

 

Well being at work

In 2012, Meralliance was the first recipient of the Great West Human Resources Award for Wellness at Work. We are committed to enriching our program of actions every year which - beyond the ergonomic concern - seeks to preserve the health capital of our employees, to improve their lifestyle habits and make them aware of the best practices to adopt.

As an example, we offer shiatsu sessions on working hours, fruits are in self-service twice a month, thematic workshops led by safety professionals, Ergonomics in the workplace, nutrition ... We are also proud to have a policy for the maintenance and integration of disabled workers in partnership with local stakeholders for years. 

And our Happiness Teams, made up of fellow volunteers, are responsible for organizing actions throughout the year to cultivate good humor, a spirit of cohesion and sharing on our sites.

Our offers

Seasonal employment

We recruit on the production operator stations, in the threading workshops (handling, grating, trimming of fish) of reconstitution (slicing, weighing and placing on plates) and conditioning. We also recruit on line positions including dual technical and managerial expertise. Tailor-made training courses will allow you to get the job done quickly.
