“I joined MerAlliance in R&D following my end-of-studies work placement, and moved on to become a workshop manager. Then I took on the role of Operational Excellence Manager, a position I was given on my return from maternity leave. It’s very interesting and rewarding to change jobs, to learn… Here we’re well surrounded and well supported.”
