What are the profiles that MerAlliance is looking for?

Everything depends on our needs at the moment: our activity is seasonal, we have more work to offer during winter, to prepare the end of year celebrations. With or without experience in agri-food, what matters to MerAlliance is your motivation! We integrate new collaborators throughout the year, so don’t hesitate: apply! 

On what criteria will my application be studied?

At MerAlliance, we take pride in recruiting our future employees on the basis of their real motivation and aptitude. On-line tests associated with company visits make it possible to objectify the recruitment process based on the skills of the employee. A method that allows recruitment to be dealt with differently by not taking into account the level of experience and study.

So you are without a diploma and you have difficulty getting into the world of work? Are you a student looking for a seasonal job?

How to apply to work at MerAlliance?

You can come directly to the factory to meet us and fill in an application file.

I have never worked in the food industry, do I still have a chance?

Yes ! Absolutely yes, many are our employees who had never worked in the agribusiness before joining us! You will be trained in our methods of work, and if you want to know more about our trades, consult our trademarks.

I have no car. Can I still work at MerAlliance?

No problem ! Our establishments are accessible by public transport. And if your schedule does not allow you to enjoy it, we offer a car-sharing service between employees! In Quimper, the town also offers special shuttles.

I applied: and now what's next?

Depending on the available positions, we will contact you to suggest a factory visit. During this visit we will explain to you in more details our functioning, the position, the general organization ... It is necessary to book 1h for this visit, and come with a suitable outfit (trousers, socks) and without jewel for hygiene reasons.
