Our missions

Our role as R&D project managers at MerAlliance focuses on the development of new products, whether in response to marketing requests or with a view to innovation for the company.

We work together regularly to exchange ideas and visions. We also have the support of an assistant, and we frequently talk to our manager to resolve our problems. 🤝 💡

To create samples, develop new products and manage customer relations, we work closely with the Marketing, Purchasing and Customer Quality departments. We also work with production team supervisors and managers to carry out our tests. 🧑‍🔬
