Missions

The role of tutor requires a certain amount of pedagogy and a particular attraction for exchanges and human contact.  I’m responsible for welcoming and training new employees in the Plats Traiteurs workshop at our production site in Quimper. I make sure they feel at ease so that they adapt in the best possible way to the way their new activity works. 🤝✨

My job requires me to be versatile and rigorous as there are a multitude of actions depending on the activities that I help new arrivals to discover and learn about in a concise way. The role of tutor is essential in our workshops so that our colleagues integrate well when they arrive thanks to advice on organisation, good practice, safety, ergonomics… 🦺

Values

Being a tutor means above all sharing your knowledge in a caring and educational way. Attentive and available, I facilitate the integration of new colleagues by guiding them with patience. Among our values, ‘Respectful’, ‘Responsible’ and ‘Passionate’ are certainly the ones that touch me the most.
